Bama Bison RV Park Rules, Terms, Conditions, and FYI
- By booking accommodation at Bama Bison, you accept all Farm Rules, Terms and Conditions. If you do not adhere to our terms and conditions or fail to pay for your accommodation, you will be in breach of your contract and will be required to leave with no refund due.
- We reserve the right to change these Terms including any new policies at any time and any such changes will take effect immediately when posted on the Website, at the Campground, or otherwise brought to your attention. Any new conditions or amendments will apply to your booking.
- When making a reservation you agree that you or at least one member of your party is 18 years or over, you have the authority of all persons in your party to book on their behalf, you accept these Terms & Conditions and you agree to be responsible for any loss or damage caused by any member of your party. Reservations are not transferable to another party.
- Speed Limit: The campground speed limit is 5 mph
- Parking: Parking is available to you at your site location for up to 2 vehicles. Parking is not allowed on the hayfield or in any area other than the Designated Additional Parking Area. If you need additional parking space(s) please contact management via 334-246-1437 or the CampHosts. The fine for parking in non-approved areas is up to $25/occurrence.
- ATV/UTVs: Guests are not allowed to operate ATVs/UTVs of any kind on the farm. ATVs/UTVs may be unloaded and parked at your campsite and driven on the gravel driveway to Huguley Road only.
- Quite Hours: Campground Quiet Hours are from 10:00pm to 7:00am EASTERN TIME. Disruptive noises such as generators, music, elevated voices, etc. are not allowed during this time.
- Water Activities: There is no lifeguard on duty. Swimming in the pond is allowed, but it is at your own risk. Minors must be under adult supervision when in and around the water. Diving and jumping into the pond are NEVER allowed due to unknown depths and the possibility of obstacles under the water, which could cause serious injury and death.
- Fishing: Catch and release fishing is allowed. The pond is stocked with bass and bream.
- Farm Animals & Wildlife: You may see wildlife and livestock in the area surrounding the campground. Do not feed, pet, or touch these animals. This rule is for your safety and theirs.
- Off Limit Areas: Do not enter any areas marked Off Limits to Guests. DO NOT OPEN ANY GATES AND DO NOT ENTER ANY ANIMAL ENCLOSURES, INCLUDING PASTURES. Entering fenced areas and animal enclosures could be detrimental and lead to severe injury or death to yourself, other guests, or the general public. Any guest found entering a fenced area or animal enclosure may be removed from the park and banned from returning.
- Trash: Do not leave trash outside your RV or vehicles. All garbage must be disposed of in the park dumpster when leaving the park at the end of your stay. Loose trash may be placed in the grey trash cans. The burning of trash, plastic, and or synthetic materials is prohibited.
- Fires & Burning: Fires are prohibited unless they are contained in a fire ring or fire pit. All firewood must be purchased from the farm or local sources. Branches found on the ground may be burned, however guest are not allowed to cut any trees in any way. Fireworks are not allowed.
- Pets & Animals:
- Bama Bison is pet friendly and does not discriminate against specific breeds of dogs, however hostile/aggressive animals are not allowed no matter how small the animal is. Guests may be removed from the park and banned from returning if their animal is aggressive/hostile to other people or animals.
- Excessively barking dogs will not be allowed to remain at the park.
- Animal owners/handlers must be in full control of their pet when outside.
- All animal owners must clean up immediately after your animals. All animal waste must be picked up, placed into a bag, and put in the trash. DO NOT put unbagged feces directly into the trash cans.
- Conduct While Staying at Bama Bison: We expect everyone to have fun and enjoy their stay. We also expect everyone to be respectful to others. Respect is a key tenet at Bama Bison, and it is a baseline trait that is expected of everyone who stays here with us. Family friendly behavior is expected of all guests. Disorderly, lewd, drunkenness, illegal drugs, obscene language, or obnoxious/disruptive/vulgar behavior will not be tolerated. RV sites must be kept clean and tidy. Failure to maintain a clean, tidy appearance may result in the revocation of your access to our campground.
- Photos taken during stay may be used for promotional purposes.
- Leaks & Contaminated Soil: No trailers, vehicles, or any piece of equipment are allowed on the property if it leaks any fluid besides water. We prioritize the integrity of the soil here at Bama Bison, and leaking vehicles are not allowed. Any contaminated soil found at your site will be your responsibility to remove and dispose of legally. We may refuse or revoke access to our campground if we find your vehicle leaking. If you have just arrived and we refused access due to a leak that was identified on your rig or vehicle, we will not provide a refund. Any vehicle that breaks down or needs repair must be repaired off site, or in an approved area.
- No Alterations or Modifications: Guests cannot make any alterations to any of the Farm’s facilities. This includes, but is not limited to, RV sites, vegetation, roadways, drainage areas, hookups/pedestals, garbage, or signage. Any guest that alters the Farm’s facilities will be required to pay for any repairs necessary to undo the alteration, and the guest may be asked to leave. No posts, structures, or fences of any kind may be erected or put in the ground without prior permission from Bama Bison.
- Extended Camping: Camper’s may be allowed to extend their camping reservation beyond 30 days on a case-by-case basis, however under no circumstances will any camper become a tenant.
- Mail: Guests are not allowed to receive mail or packages at the farm. If an emergency situation arises where medical supplies or something of a similar nature must be delivered an exception may be made – contact the office by phone or text at 334-246-1437.
- Laundry Room Rules. Use of the coin operated washer and dryer is at YOUR OWN RISK. Discard lint after each use and remove clothes promptly so that others may continue using the machines. Any laundry left overnight may be discarded.
